A MORE LEVEL PLAYING FIELD NOW!

Look out Mayor Corkum! After being totally humiliated at the Kentville indoor soccer facility yesterday by the Mayor, I came back with a vengeance! I stayed up late with my macaroni and glue to make my own sign, and my design team got a T-shirt on my budget so I could at least compete against the Mayor. So now that I look better than he does, and the sparkles on my poster are attracting more attention than the Mayor's poster I too got some donations. After 2 days the mayor is still way ahead even after I had Mike Landry from Kentville Mazda match my donations from yesterday, starting me at 22 cents. I tried everything, I even told one lady that the Mayor was buying beer with the money in his jar, and she gave him $5! Please help me beat the Mayor, I really don't want to stand in front of town hall with a sign that says the Mayor is better than me!

O.K., who looks like they want this more, me or the Mayor? He's laughing because he thinks he has this in the bag, I think I can still win this with your help. Help me beat the Mayor and put a buck or 2 in my box tomorrow.

I think my poster looks better than the Mayor's. You can't really see the fine macaroni work in this pic. I'll get a better one tomorrow so you can see if you don't make it to the Indoor Soccer Facility in Kentville between 10-11 to join us on our walk.

On the AVR Morning Show tomorrow, a Berwick Lion who's helping out, the Mayor will be in, Blake will keep you up to date with what's going on with the valley boxers at the National championships in Halifax this week. A couple of prizes, a laugh or too and a big smile to start your day!
