Next time I'll bring the camera!

I just had to take a day off to get ready for this weekend at Acadia. I did, not that I wanted to, take my dog to the vet. She's an old dog that we, sort of just came by from Jen's family and she wasn't feeling to well. It turns out she has a gland problem in her butt and she has to wear one of those cones on her head for 3 days. Poor dog, she looks depressed.
I so meant to take pictures of the Midget AAA Wildcats exhibition game i went to Wednesday night, but for some reason I didn't take out my camera. I went with Jen and my sister, she brought the tribe of boys that normally follows her around (my nephews) because their buddy Sean Fraser (check the photos from the Steer BBQ he's in there) is trying out for the team. Before I knew it was him, I already spotted him as one of the top 6 forwards. Our own misfit Issac Turner tried out on defence as well. I have played with him on the AVR Misfit hockey team, and he is fast for sure! So if Issac was on the ice his dad, AVR Media Consultant Mike Turner was there, and AVR's Len Hawley was there scoping out the action too. Sorry I have no pics, hold on I'll take one of the dog with the collar thing on. If you are having a bad day just think you don't have to wear one of these!

Tomorrow's show is jam packed full of fun including a new song from the AVR Choir, live updates from the Apple Dome Golf Tournament, a farm tractor pull competition, the big winners for the Acadia All Access Pass and Subway Brain Teaser, a new board game just in time for Christmas, a random call to somebody out of the blue just for fun, Kirk "Butta" Longmire will set up the weekend at the Valley Drive In, Jimmy the Janitor and the AVR Listener Poll where the topic will be drunk driving sentences, are they too harsh or not harsh enough. You want a real morning show that gets you going, you need to be on 97.7 FM, AVR.
