ROUNDABOUT MYSTERIES DEFINED, DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE, A GREAT TORCH LIGHT PARADE IN KENTVILLE

RED RIBBON FOR MADD

Here's the man that Joan was speaking of. A great community volunteer, killed by a drunk driver. He's wearing his fire department uniform.

This is the poster Joan was speaking of.

Standing in for Wing Commander Bill Seymour, is Lt. Col Steve Chouinard.

Santa and Jenny cutting the cake.

KENTVILLE TORCH LIGHT PARADE FUN

I love getting out, I have watched enough TV from when I was on it! I got out with the AVR crew for a great parade, and as it turns out I got to be the stand in for a sick Lloyd Smith the official Town Crier. I hope I did you proud buddy!

Me and the new cruiser. You can't see the new strobes in the back, but when the new light bar gets put on you'll see this thing a mile away!

From left to right, from sales Amanda Milne, Brian Abernathy, and Andrew Johnson, and AVR's Jen Pick.

Andrew Mitton, husband of sales Misfit Lisa Mitton, going along for the ride in the new cruiser.

Me and Mayor Dave Corkum out for a walk in the downtown. Notice his head is covered because he shaved off all his hair for the Movember campaign for prostate cancer research. We both are on the Misfit Movember team!

A dalmatian in the rescue truck so AVR's Jen Pick had to check it out.

Santa and the Town Hall Gang.

Princess Kentville doing the light exchange at the arena with Nova Scotia Power.

Spike brought his lights to exchange too.

So did active Living Coordinator Nichole Lutz.

Eric and his "Green Team" keeping the town environmentally clean!

MOVEMBER MADNESS CONTINUES

MLA Leo Glavine

You know you have too much time on your hands when...

Acadia tonight for hockey vs UNB, it's Pink Rink Night for breast cancer. There's all kinds planned including the team wearing pink jerseys. Tomorrow Summit Hyundai for a live on location, then back to Acadia for a hockey game vs UPEI and it's teddy bear night, bring a teddy bear and you can win a prize. Sunday I will be at the AVR Radiothon for the Kinsmen/Kinette Christmas Miracle. I hope to see you out and in the community!
