HAPPY BIRTHDAY CANADA
Happy Birthday Canada! I took an easy day, a little time to recharge my batteries and took in the parade in Hantsport. This was my second trip in as many weeks because I was on the set of the movie Cloudburst being shot at Churchill House. They also shot at Ron's Red Fox Antiques, and that's where I watched the parade from.
I want to know where they got Canadian flag seeds!
Police have it under control, I don't think there will be any G-20 riots here today!

It wouldn't be polite to say how old some one is when they get to be as old as our country. Suffice it to say, that if Newfoundland had not signed on to be in Canada we would be a couple of jokes short, and a couple of crows feet younger! That from the son of a Newfoundlander mother and a Cape Bretoner father!

I had a chance to talk to John Campbell of Mental Health and Addiction Services about the stigma associated with mental illness, the help available, how to get help and how mental illness affects famlies.
