BLUEGRASS CAMPING AND UPPER CLEMENTS PARKS

THE 11TH ANNUAL FOX MOUNTAIN CAMPING PARK BLUEGRASS FESTIVAL

This was a ton of fun and special thanks to Doug Corkum and Heidi for being the best hosts anyone could ask for. I can not tell you how nice they were to all of us at Fox Mtn. and looking forward to the Country music festival at the end of July!

A strawberry moon

This was a cool car trailer combo here!

Great food at the canteen, everything from fish and chips to burgers and fries plus breakfast too!

There were vendors too.

The first burger off our new grill at 10:30 at night. Thank goodness Doug had the tools to put it together, otherwise we would have been cooking with solar power and it rained!

Me, Jen Pick and our dog Pepe. We were soaked in this pic!

One of the great bands that kept the crowd going!

Greg Griffin is always great on the sound!

These are my new buddies from PEI, the Grass Mountain Hobos. Not just fun guys, but the put on a great show as well!

They look the part too! When they go from festival to festival they travel in an old bus and camp under a tarp!

CD sales were crazy for all the bands!

We got to meet lots of nice people, and this gang invited us over for an awsome pot luck supper with meat balls, beans, lagsagna and all kinds of stuff you wouldn't expect when you're camping!

Here's about 25% of the crowd. I couldn't get back far enough to get everyone in! I blocked out by speakers and stages!

Here's Anne, and trust me her smile is genuine and heart felt! She was the one who got us into the pot luck!

Here's Doug Corkum on the ATV! He is such a great guy, and I'll see him again at the Fox Mtn Country Music Festival.

UPPER CLEMENTS PARKS

Here is Leslie from UPC, 2009 Battle of the bands winner Laura Roy, and me!

We set up just to the side of the exit, but you knew we were there!

Ken Best and Margorie (I hope I got it right) who listens to the AVR Morning Show and baked me some bread to take home!

Lorne and the AVR Angels! Kayla Robichaud, Jennifer Pick and AVR Morning Show Digby Corespondant Bronwyn Trask at Upper Clements Parks!

Kayla can't be more than 110 lbs wet, and this is what she had for lunch all by herself! She has not just 2 hollow legs, 2 hollow arms too!

Getting the gear set up at 8 am, 3 hours before the parks open!

By the way Kayla didn't eat the whole pizza, we split it 3 ways, but she still ate as much as me! Tomorrow Sunshine...yep...and my CD is back to haunt you!
I gotta sell em some how!
