ACADIA WINS 2, BUT THEY WERE EXPECTED WINS

Acadia is sitting pretty good in the standings, and with a pretty good schedule to the end of the season, then they have a good chance to go far in the play-offs this year. They won 2 on the weekend, but they ere 2 games that Acadia was expected to win, the big news was last weekend when Acadia lost one in the shoot out to St. FX, but still got one point, and stole the game from a weary St. Mary's team. Acadia is back in action Friday night as their 5 game home stand continues against Dalhousie.

Here's the guy who records all the video for the Acadia team. These will be the game films the coach and the team will go over before the next game.

These are the Acadia players who are not playing because of injury, or are healthy scratches. They get to sit in the press box to watch the game so they can still help out their team mates between periods by giving them the upper view!

SKI MARTOCK WEEKEND!!!!!

I got to go out an enjoy mt winter weekend at Ski Martock, and they were ready with great conditions, the best staff around and Beavertails!

Here's Ed in the Pro Shop. If you need something fixed, you should do it during the week, because the weekends are really busy.

This is the Ski Martock Slalom team practicing just as the hill was opening.

This was the scene of the girl's slope style rail jam, where they come off a jump, then down the slope into a trick on the rail! This was really cool. It was kinda like a warm up for the Canada Games that start Feb 11th.

these guys were keeping every one's spirits up with great tunes and well informed with the announcements of the competition.
