NEW WALKING TRAILS IN THE TOWN OF KENTVILLE

The Mayor of Kentville and I are friends and he loves to show off "His Town" to me all the time, and today he has very good reason. The Miner Marsh Project is a large undertaking by any one's standards and the town has done, and will continue to do as the project reaches for completion in October of this year. As of now the walking trails are open and there are several rest areas, and observation platforms throughout. Dave Corkum and I walked the new marsh path and here's what we talked about.

Me on an observation deck.

Looks like the mayor is going for a rest on the bench.

The marsh is loaded with information signs.

This bridge was one of the biggest projects to the completion of these walking trails. Dave is happy for sure.

Then to the Kings Arms for a filling dinner of hot hamburger and well done fries after a good walk in the new marsh.

I normally upload video to my YouTube.com channel, but something is "goofy" with the uploads today. Enjoy Dave talking about the project.
