POSITIVE THOUGHTS AND GREAT MEMORIES

I did one of the hardest things I ever did today and went to the hospital to see my buddy Donnie Deveau. He is not doing so well, but I want to stay positive and think of the days where I would have a couple pulls off the draft taps at the Top Hat and listen to Donnie sing Brandy. You have always given me great memories Donnie, and my thoughts are with you and your family in your time of need. There's a beer in my fridge for ya buddy.

Donnie playing live in the AVR studio in what I think was July of last year. I have searched all of my personal files and I can not find this performance or the one he did for me on Magic 94.9. I did find a link to a video I shot of Donnie in Dooly's Greenwood, just scroll to the bottom of this link and you will see him on stage. I don't know how to get it off the BLOGGER page.

This is a video of Donnie shot by one of the subscribers to my youtube.com channel shot 2 years ago at Paddy's Wolfville. Ironically it's the same song as on my page even though he was known for singing Brandy!

Donnie I can't say enough about you buddy, you are a good man, you helped out your community when they asked, and you always have a song to put a smile on someone else's face. You can't ask for more than that.
