COOL SUN SET, A FRIENDLY BUNNY, MY GARDEN IS FINALLY STARTING TO GROW AND GREAT LIVE MUSIC WITH COURTYARD

Part of the reason I love to fish is the getting out and connecting with nature. I like to see the animals, maybe not bears, coyotes or lynx, but the nice ones like bunnies! Here is one that I saw on a recent fishing trip...

This little fella was just eating a little supper when we stumbled upon him.

He didn't mind that we were getting closer.

Oh got his attention now, and just so you know, this is zoomed out all the way, we were really this close.

He moved to the other side of the road.

This was as close as we got before he darted in the woods. Pretty brazen I would say!

THE SUNSET LOOKS DIFFERENT TONIGHT

It had just stormed and the clouds made the sun set look different, almost tropical. You can't really see it, maybe if you enlarge the pics.

You can see the clouds better in this one.

There's not much sun in this one, but it's more eerie.

MY GARDEN IS COMING UP!

I worked so hard on my garden and finally results. Today I counted a dozen stalks of corn that broke the earth, tons of broccoli, lettuce to make your head spin, almost all my peas are up, my green peppers too! I can't wait to final eat these in the fall!

LIVE IN THE STUDIO WITH COURTYARD

Here's Nicki Lee and Lloyd from the band Courtyard who will be at Dooly's New Minas tonight at 10!

I am on the move this weekend and I can't wait to see you! This afternoon I am in Wolfville at the Rafuse Home Hardware Store from 2-6, then I am off to Dooly's in Greenwood to host a Karaoke show for Electric Starz Productions. I'm back in Greenwood Saturday at the Bell store in the Greenwood Mall, then Saturday night I will be in the squared circle with Ultimate Championship Wrestling at the Glooscap Arena in Canning. Sunday it's to my Mom's for my birthday supper. Have a great weekend, and I will have a surprise for you on Monday, and just as a hint, if you thought giving away hundreds of dollars in concert tickets everyday was cool, then hold on to something because it's only gonna get bigger!
