PUTTING ON AVR WIN STICKERS

I had nothing to do and the boss at AVR challenged the staff to get AVR Win Stickers on cars. The first to 15 stickers wins our office prize. Now I have given away thousands of dollars in concert tickets, hundreds of dollars in groceries, and boxes of AVR gear/sponsor prizes. I was thinking the prize for this little office competition would be worth it. It took me about 1 and 1/2 hours to get them on. The story will be backward (what else is new on this blog?) but you will hear it all.

This is one of my best stops, Rona Cash and Carry in Kingston. I went in to see Glen the manager but he wasn't there. I told the guy at the door that I needed to get 15 AVR Win Stickers on cars so I could go home and go to bed. He helped me out be asking the staff if I could get a Win Sticker on their cars, and they all said yes! I even got one on the back of the company truck! #1.

Media consultant Amanda Milne found me and knew I was out to win the office prize. She witnessed me getting all the staff cars at the Rona in Kingston. This is actually car 15, but I put the pics in backwards.

This is me and Angela, she likes the AVR Morning Show, and she let me put a sticker on her car. She also took 15 stickers to put on her friend's cars!

I stopped out to Meadowbrook Meat Market just north of Berwick to see Jimmy Lamb, because I love his sausage, and I thought he might be able to help me on my quest to be the first to 15 AVR Win Stickers on cars.

This guy was cleaning out a pig barn so Jim said I wouldn't want to smell that, so he told me to put it on. #12

In case you are wondering what I won, I got a case of expired sun tan lotion from the bottom of a dusty box in the promotions prize closet, an extra small AVR t-shirt that's even too small for my dog and a coupon for a free trip to the bathroom. Oh boy I can pee inside tomorrow!
