BINGO, BEEP AND BURTON

Last night the jackpot went in the Valley Lions Radio BINGO. $1200 in 49 numbers. Kirk Longmire the King Lion says that he's never seen in his 20 years doing BINGO, a full card go in so little numbers. I predict that the Cookie Jar will be over $3000 next week, but I hope to find out tomorrow morning.

King Lion Kirk Longmire with Lion Laverne in the back. No word of a lie, there are 8-10 people up here to run this BINGO.

Middleton and District Lion's Club answering the Phones.

I was in total shock when after the Vice President of Farmer's Dairy told me he couldn't get me a case of Beep because they had already rolled out the last case. What was even more surprising was I went to see Jason Blanchard at the Kentville Save Easy and he didn't have any Beep! Then today my friend Kenny Ryan from Farmer's shows up with the last case of Beep in Nova Scotia Couresy of Farmer's Dairy. Here are some of our thoughts.

"Yes! Beep for me and the whole crew!"

"I'm gonna drink this like it's going out of style...wait it is out of style!"

"I remember Beep! This stuff was so good as a child."

"I wasn't raised in Nova Scotia and have never heard of this Beep stuff. Pass me the container I want to see it for a second Amanda."
"Why sure Head copy writer guy for MBS radio Gary Caven."

"Alright Neville you interrupted a meeting here with your childish juice drink now get the *BEEP* out of my office!"

Even Edward will miss Beep...
"On a dark summer night when you feel a cold chill on your neck, it will be me coming for you...wait you expire next Monday I guess I better drink up now!"

"Oh I remember this stuff!"

"It reminds me of the good old days when I was young!"

"I used to drink this by the bucket full. I'll have one for the road!"

" I don't think my daughters have ever tried this, I think tonight is the night."

"I love this stuff!"

"A fond fare well to a morning memory."

I went to see Alice in Wonderland in 3-D, and this is nothing like I expected! I could have watched this trailer 1000 times and not even thought what I saw was even possible. First off let me say I will be going again only because I was so blown away by the technology and know I missed pieces of the movie. Once you see a movie in 3-D you will never want to see a flat screen movie again. If you remember the old green and blue 3-D, this is nothing like it and you have to experience this (not see it, experience it) to believe it. If you haven't seen this new 3-D technology, you are really missing out on the way a movie should be watched. Is it worth the extra couple of dollars to see a movie in 3-D, and the answer is plain and simple yes it is, and that's just for the previews! Go see this, don't wait, just go!
Tomorrow the music of Swig Live in the AVR Morning Show Studio!
