4H REAL SKILLS

I got an invite to speak to a 4H group about radio and how to write for public speaking. They were pretty eager to learn, and some of them will actually job shadow me for a full day of what it is like to be a radio announcer. I gave them writing assignments (I felt like a teacher!) and we got to have a lot of fun!

They are probably thinking, "I thought radio is fun and now we have to work!?"

I showed them how I script my show. It was supposed to be them scripting, but I bungled the exercise!

I taught them something...I hope!

Off to Greenwood to MC the opening ceremonies of the minor hockey tournament, Bell on Saturday to sell TV's and Sunday to rest!
