A Hants County Saturday with fun in the Country!

What a day we had at the Hants Co. Ex Saturday in Windsor! I was on remote, that meant I had to be one of the first people there to help promote what was going on Saturday. I was freezing in my little booth in the display building, but me and Pepe the wonder dog toughed it out. I was joined by Jen (dog handler and food gatherer), Amber (AVR media consultant, AVR Morning Show Windsor Corespondent), Jolene Johnson (cruiser driver). Erin Sullivan helped out after her show on our sister station Magic 94.9. I got to MC the smash up derby too, that was so much fun.

Me on remote with a t-shirt, hoodie and leather jacket on. I was cold!

My buddy Ed from Beaver Tails. We will see a lot of each other at Ski Martock this winter. He always has yummy treats!

This is Kevin Beanland, he was a featured performer at the Ex, and he had a chance to chat with me on air about the show.

This is my dog Pepe, she was there trying to be a radio super star!

Pepe had more fans than I did, I think I even saw her signing autographs!

Here's Pepe posing for the Pup-eratzi in front of the biggest pumpkin I have ever seen at 866 pounds!

Safety crew from the Windsor Volunteer Fire Department at the smash up derby. These guys are selling fund raising calenders as well for $20 each and each one you buy gets your name entered in a draw for a year long ski pass to Ski Martock.

Didn't I see that cop car in a high speed chase on the 101?

These cars were demolished!

Getting rid of the wrecks.

"Excuse me! Coming through!"

This pic must be from early, he's in too good of shape!

These guys were crazy!

Smash up action!

Believe it or not, this guy not only made it through the heats with no tire on the back, he drove out and into the finals to almost win with no back tire!

Cleaning up the mess!

He lives to fight another day!

"Honey I had a small accident on the way home from the Super Store..."

Big pile up!
I have some professional pics coming from a new friend I met at the derby Nadine Sarty tomorrow, plus I will be on the road all this week, maybe I'll be in your town and you can come over and say hi! I'll have pics from all of my stops here all week long!
