Aquafit class with Lindsay and the Mayor

One day I was talking about Aquafit classes on the show and Lindsay Young from Kentville Recreation called me up and challenged me to do the class. Hunter Brule was supposed to go to, but he had to eat ice cream at Dairy Queen to help out sick kids. I didn't know what to expect, but I was ready for anything! It was nice to see the Mayor of Kentville Dave Corkum there too, that way I don't look so bad! Gotcha Dave!

Here we are before we took the plunge. Our instructor Tea, Lindsay from Kentville rec, the Mayor Dave Corkum and me. How come I'm the only one who wore water wings?

If we look foolish, it's not because we weren't trying! Tea is my dentist's daughter, and he doesn't hurt me like she does!

The cool down stretch! It was a ton of fun doing this, and working out with the Mayor was just an added bonus! People actually came to watch us work out, so if you have pics, send them to me!

This was part of the cool down. I feel good, but the burn comes after, like now when I'm writing this! Thanks again to everyone in the class, I needed a good laugh!

Seriously, try the class, it's fun and a great way to work out and laugh. Tea, I know your dad, where do you get that energy from! You run a great class. Tuesdays and Thursday at noon, and Thursday evening at 5:20. Give it a try, it's worth it!
