FAMOUS HOCKEY PLAYER

My 10 year old nephew Matt is a hockey nut! He loves everything about the game, he plays, he researches and respects the players for what they did before him. When I told him he could meet Denis Potvin from the New York Islanders he freaked out! His day started at 4 with me waking him up, then to Tim's and to AVR.

FAMOUS PLAYERS IN HANTSPORT

Although this new Thom Fitzgerald movie stars Olympia Dukakis, she was too tied up on different sets or make up to fit us in. She really does work hard, she spends 12 hours a day plus on the set everyday! I did get to meet Thom Fitzgerald the writer and director of CLOUDBURST, you may have heard of it as a play, now it's about to become a movie.

Here are some of the things we saw on set.

Actually on set inside Churchhill House in Hantsport. Ryan Doucette is filming a scene with Brenda Fricker. Matt was standing beside her and didn't even know who she is. He does now!

Thanks so much to Thom Fitzgerald's people who answered my facebook message and allowing me to set this up. Everyone was so good on set, and really good to Matt my nephew who got swept away from me and taken on a tour where he actually sat in the camera chair and operated it!
